All products are delivered as instant digital downloads through Etsy. You'll receive a download link after a successful payment. No physical items are shipped unless stated in the listing.
3. Licence & usage
Purchased templates are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share or claim our designs as your own. Extended commercial licences are available on request.
4. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, text and code on this site are © DigitalEmberrs and protected by UK and international copyright law.
5. Custom services
Bespoke work (websites, resumes, Notion setups etc.) is governed by an individual agreement confirmed by email or Etsy message before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
