Digital downloads
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final. Please read every listing carefully before purchase.
If something is wrong
If a file is faulty, corrupted or clearly doesn't match its description, contact us within 14 days. We'll fix the file or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Custom services
Deposits for custom design work are non-refundable once we've started. If we cancel the project ourselves, we'll refund any unearned balance in full.
How to request
Reply to your order confirmation email, include your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 1–2 working days.
