Digital downloads
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final. Please read every listing carefully before purchase.
If something is wrong
If a file is faulty, corrupted or clearly doesn't match its description, message us on Etsy within 14 days. We'll fix the file or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Custom services
Deposits for custom design work are non-refundable once we've started. If we cancel the project ourselves, we'll refund any unearned balance in full.
How to request
Open a message with the DigitalEmberrs Etsy shop, include your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 1–2 working days.
