How do I receive my digital product?

After purchase on Etsy, you'll receive an instant download link by email and in your Etsy account. Files are usually available within seconds of a successful payment.
What file formats will I get?

Most planners ship as PDF (printable + hyperlinked for GoodNotes / Notability / Noteshelf). Notion templates come as duplicable Notion links. Canva templates are delivered as editable Canva links. Every listing states its exact format.
Can I print the planners at home?

Yes — all printable planners are A4 and US Letter compatible and print beautifully on a standard home printer.
Do the digital planners work on iPad and Android?

Yes. Hyperlinked planners work in GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo and any PDF annotation app on iPad, Android tablets and Windows.
What's your refund policy?

Because digital downloads cannot be returned, all sales are final. If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, message us within 14 days and we'll fix it or issue a full refund.
Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely. We take on custom websites, resumes, Notion setups, AI headshots, voice overs and more. Use the Services section on the home page or message us on Etsy for a quote.
Can I use your templates commercially?

Templates are for personal use by default. Extended commercial licences are available on request — get in touch before publishing anything for resale.
How long does a custom website take?

Most personalised websites are delivered within 5–10 working days after brief approval. Complex builds may take longer; we'll always agree the timeline up front.
